Under the Exemption Program ALL PARTICIPANTS must provide one of the following as of

Monday September 20, 2021:

•  Proof of vaccination
• Fully vaccinated (two doses complete).
• Partially vaccinated (one dose) a minimum of two weeks before the first  scheduled

game and a second dose no later than October 25, 2021.  

• Proof of a privately-paid negative PCR or rapid test within 72 hours of a scheduled game

(tests from AHS or Alberta Precision Laboratories not allowed); Valid only till October 25, 2021.

• Documentation of a medical exemption.
